GoSolid is a web design and development team located in Seattle that creates websites and applications for business clients. We are looking for another developer to add our team. Since we are a small shop, we are all involved in various aspects of each project. We believe that is a good thing and are looking for someone that enjoys being engaged in a project on many levels. Your role would involve a high level of collaboration with the entire team as you help us see projects through from designing and prototyping, to development and deployment.

- Experience developing eCommerce solutions.
- Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing highly scalable and transactional web applications.
- Experience working with Project Managers to define project requirements, user interfaces and make architectural tradeoff given requirements.
- 5+ years Project Lead for software products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-disciplined in a development environment that requires system testing, documentation, adherence to coding standards, and naming conventions.
- Attention to detail, highly self-motivated.
- Ability to thrive in and manage a dual-development environment

- 3 + years with PHP 5

- 1+ years ASP.NET Development (experience with version 3.5 required)

- Ability to understand and develop against database schemas
- Demonstrate proficiency with Transact-SQL scripting and Stored Procedures
- 1+ years web development
- Have User Control and Server Control development experience
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency with HTML and the DOM
- Have working knowledge of client side development and AJAX including ASP.NET AJAX

- Effectively develop and execute an SEO strategy.
- Participate in and monitor social networking sites that are industry specific.
- Develop creative print media marketing products such as brochures, posters, direct mailers, etc.
- Have extensive knowledge in: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Quark Express, and Adobe Professional software applications.
- Be able to generate creative ideas to make our websites more attractive and ever changing.
- Be able to effectively write and submit articles.
- Have experience in running an affiliate program.
